Welcome to Football For The Fans

Anonymous SubmissionThe 12th Player

"Football for the fans." This motto used to mean something. It was the promise made by chairmen at press conferences, stitched into club mottos, chanted back at owners who forgot where the money came from.

It was the phrase that meant the game still belonged to the people in the stands.

Then it became a slogan, and then... A lie.

Football is the most watched, most loved, most argued-about sport on the planet. And yet the people who actually love it, those who travel away every other week, who save up for months to afford a ticket, who pass their club down through generations like something sacred, are the last ones anyone asks.

That changes here.

Why We Built This

We built Football For The Fans for one reason: because the fans who live and breathe this game deserve somewhere to be heard.

Not filtered through a press officer or a sponsor.

Every week, something happens in football that doesn't make the back pages. A refereeing decision that defies explanation. A club sold to owners who have never watched a match. A fan group priced out of a ground their family helped fill for forty years. A journalist who knows the truth but can't say it.

We say it. Anonymously.

How It Works

This site publishes anonymous submissions from fans around the world. No credentials required. No editorial agenda beyond one: the truth about what is happening to our game. A truth own by us, the fans.

If you witnessed something, submit it. If you have data, send it. If you have been sitting on a story because you didn't know who would care, we care.

Every story goes through a basic editorial review before publication. We check for factual consistency and we remove anything that could expose a contributor to legal risk. The facts are never changed. Only the framing, when necessary.

What We Cover

We are not here to rank the best strikers of the decade or predict the Champions League winner. We cover the things that matter to fans as stakeholders in the game:

  • VAR and officiating: decisions that don't add up, patterns that shouldn't exist
  • Ownership and governance: who is buying our clubs and why
  • Media silence: the stories that should have been told and weren't
  • Referee bias: documented, not alleged
  • Data: exposing what we are owed and what keeps being taken

This Is Your Space

We are not journalists. We are not a media company. We are fans who got tired of waiting for someone else to say what everyone already knows.

Football was not built by owners. It was built by fans who gave it meaning, and communities who made it sacred.

This is our space. We're tired. Here's the truth.

If you have a story, submit it. If you want to support what we are building, donate. If you just want to read, welcome. You are exactly who this is for.

"La pelota no se mancha."
